THB Contractors in Rochdale

Heavy clay holds water, and water sitting under a surface is what takes it apart. The drive looks fine through summer, then a wet winter lifts it and the cracks come back worse than before. Covering it over does not touch the cause. In Rochdale we dig out, build a base sized for ground that drains slowly, set the falls so surface water goes where it should, then lay your chosen finish.

Handing your frontage over for a few days is worth a bit of due diligence. We price from a site visit rather than a phone call, we build the base around the ground we actually find, and the team stays the same from start to finish. Over 20 years of working that way across Bolton, Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Cheshire, Rochdale included.

We are based in Bolton and work across Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Cheshire. Rochdale and the OL11 postcodes are well inside that patch and we are up there regularly. Castleton, Bamford, Norden, Heywood and Littleborough are covered from the same base.
